Miers Moratorium

Done, Finito, Complete, Finished, Outtahere, Zip, Friday Baby.

I will no longer discuss the Miers Nomination.

I will now turn my attention to saying buh-bye to Gerhard Schroeder, Wondering what the hell Kim Il Jong is up to, guessing whats in Sandy Bergers pants this week, Chinese incursions into the spratly islands, Richard Branson and Burt Rutan building private spacecraft, whether or not ABC's LOST is just a poorly written rip off of the 1960s classic TV show " The Prisoner", the hellish experince of being in seat 40k of an Airbus 320 and why anyone says that an Airbus 320 is just like a Boeing 777 is just - well - crazy and smaller than 5 foot 10 inches, taking bets on the next member of the european anti-american coalition to fall, watching the Iranian government do a poor impression of a korean tyrannical despot, discussing why God chose to kill 250 schoolgirls and over 50,000 people in pakistan while apparently leaving little old Osamas high moutain villa undisturbed, question why al-queda understands that Iraq is important but Democrats cant see that it is - even when Al-queda TELLS them it is, why Japan and Europe are investing in advanced aircraft desgins even while American aircraft companies cant even find buyers for existing aircraft, Why China is investing in 30 year old Russina spacecraft designs and has no shame in doing so, whether or not this is the last generation of manned military aircraft, the special election in California, discussing why eating 5 pounds of chocolate generates 20 lbs of body fat and does this violate any of the known laws of thermodynamics, how long it will be until state governments start complaining about the loss of taxes since people are cutting back their driving and thus - the collected gas taxes are lower, why I think that although life probably does exist through the universe that because space is really really big it doesnt really matter since most of the other life forms are too far away and too disinterested in us to bother to invent the radio and TV so they can watch our crappy TV and those that have only wish we would keep it to ourselves, how I once had a running email exchange with Seth Shostak of the SETI institute on that very subject, deciding if Al Gore is insane or if he really believes half the crap that he says and as a result is just misinformed, how the internet killed the movie industry and what Hollywood needs to do to stop it, why James Ellrpy is the greatest American novelist of the last 40 years and Dashiell Hammett was the best of the previous 40 years before that, and magnetic anomolies in Nevada and why they exist.

Harriet Miers is just not that interesting to justify this much traffic. Testify, Vote, Move on. Life is too short for this sort of crap.

Oh, and you can toss those "Bush is just a Neocon Puppet" bumperstickers in the trash. As Kerry would say "would that it were"...

Yay! Seriously, I'm so sick of what I see on other websites. Anyone of those other topics will do. :)
